March & April
- Our Women's Expo is held in late March or early April at the Blue Note Ballroom. Hosting over 60 vendors it has everything from A to Z in women’s products. It usually runs from 9a to 1p.
Easter Egg Hunt
- Another spring event is the Easter Egg Hunt held the Saturday before Easter. It brings hundreds of kids together to pick up over 1,000 eggs and collect over $160 in cash. We work with St. Mary's Care Center as they have their residents color the eggs and get them ready for our event. The event is held at St. Mary's allowing the residents to enjoy watching the children scramble for eggs. It starts at 11:00a and host the Easter Bunny!
We know the importance of our volunteer organizations and host this event to get them together to talk about their common goals. It is held the 3rd Thursday of July.
To further assist these organizations, we offer a quarterly Civic Calendar to advertise their events. Posters and table tents are printed and distribute to businesses and public places around town.
